Diet or no diet, this girl needs her chocolate. Ohh ya it has completely been one of those weeks. Ok,I am a complete sucker for everything Las Vegas.  Not tha gambling, not the trash and not the smoking everywhere,,,unless the theme is cigars or smoking themes, but for all of the shows, the food, the hotels and everything else that you can pretty much only find in Las Vegas.

I love pretty much everything you can find in Las Vegas and also have a ton of personal favorite spots to go to and visit like my friend’s Gay Hotel The Blue Moon Resort on Westwood drive and the Wynn Las Vegas Buffet.  I love the deep fried twinkies and other snacks you can find in old downtown Las Vegas that Kathy Griffin and Bette Midler ate on Kathy Griffin’s show My Life on the D List which is on Bravo.  I love the night clubs both straight and gay like Gypsy, Rain, Moon, etc…  And I love all of the fabulous wheel of fortune and progressive penny slots where you can play for a couple hours (usually for me at least) for $20 and load up on free drinks before you head to the bars so you actually win out in the long run.

The thing I love most though in Vegas are the Bachelorette and Bachelor parties in Las Vegas where everyone goes absolutely crazy and has an amazing time.  For some reason, people just let go when they are in Las Vegas Nevada and because I also love all the tacky lights and signs and clothing you see walking around, I love to tie it into parties and weddings.

Ok, it is almost Valentines Day and that also means all of the Valentine’s Day Wedding Favors and heart shaped everything. Tea, Hot Chocolate and Hot Drink Wedding Favors.

Ok, I cannot believe I caught the flu again!  This is the second time this year so far I have caught the flu.  This seriously sucks.  Anyways, just like every other time I catch the flu I need tea and hot drinks because my sinuses go absolutely crazy and this time I have a really bad sore throat.  The sore throat could actually be from Karaoke last night in a bar that allows smoking and I don’t smoke or am not used to it so singing with all the cigarette smoke could have made it sore, or it could be from going into the warm and cold air over and over again that is causing it to hurt, but regardless of anything, my throat is killing me and thank god I bought a ton of tea last time I had the flu and tonight I made an amazing mix of tea.  I took one bag of organic white tea that had vanilla in it and mixed it with two bags of moroccan mint organic tea and it not only tasted amazing, but it also helped my throat feel better almost instantly.

These wine toppers are cool, but not something I would recommend for a wedding favor.  They are more of a really cool party gift for a wine themed party or party if you live by an ocean or something.  They aren’t really wedding gifts but if you like them, then go for it because it is your wedding and you should give out what you like.

Ok, I love wine and wine themed everything, especially weddings.  Wine not only is the perfect drink if you had a horrible day at work or even week, but also for a good night way to relax, red wine to help your heart, perfect for dinner or lunch with your friends and the perfect drink to match any dinner, except for alcoholics, and there is a wine for every meal.  Wine is especially popular at weddings and I love the idea of even theming your wedding around wine and giving out wine themed wedding favors.

I love wine and wine gifts and wine wedding favors so of course I am going to love this one….however I am not too much of a fan of the heart on top of the wine bottle stopper.  I kind of like the opened heart in the image next to this one better, but buy the one that you and your partner like better because it is your wedding and should reflect your taste.  I completely don’t think you could ever go wrong with a wine wedding gift and especially not heart shaped wine stoppers for your winter and valentines wedding.

Tea Wedding Gifts Tea Wedding Favors Tea Weddings on Sale

Well, I flew to Florida to visit a client and on the way back there was a flu shot stand at the airport and with H1N1 finally just about done, I almost stopped and got a flu shot, but figured there are other people that could use one more than me so I passed it up.  Then again, I guess I jinxed it since I got a sinus infection the minute I got back home.

Anyways, even though my sinus infection passed, it is completely time to switch from iced and cold drinks to tea and hot chocolate for the winter and the fall.  Hot apple cider, hot tea and hot drinks are amazing when you are coming in from the cold and are perfect for when it is too warm to turn on the heat in your home or apartment and too cold to keep it off.  I love to have a glass of tea and lay under my blankets when the weather is between freezing and jacket and when you turn on your heater your house gets way to hot.  If you just snuggle up under your blanket and enjoy a hot cup of tea, especially if you have a cold, a flu, a sore throat, sinus infections, a cough, or anything when you don’t feel good, you’ll stay nice and warm and the tea will help to make you feel better and fix what is wrong.  At least tea works for me for most of the time and actually I need to go to the store and buy some tonight.

Cookie Surprises Wedding Baskets and Cookie Gifts. The Perfect Wedding Invitation and Gift!

The other week I had a friend get sick and ended up sending him some flowers and gave a call.  It sort of reminded me when I was younger and I would always catch the flu or break an arm or end up getting hurt somehow doing something stupid or get the flu because I used to love to play when it rained outside in the rain.  Not to mention I always loved the snow, and everytime I would end up with the flu or in the hospital I would always get at least one Cookie Bouquet which was always my favorite gift.

People would always send a huge tin of popcorn or stuffed animals or one time I got a roll of steel pennies and another time a really cool balloon gram gift, but my favorite gift which someone always ended up buying was definitely the cookie bouquet.

Soo after looking at the Worlds Largest Gummy Bear post I did yesterday, I couldn’t help but look through that store and find even more cool stuff that you cannot live without. These are awesome wedding favors.  I love them and if you would print a copy of a photo of each of the guests or even of yourself and your partner and put it on the table for dinner then let them fill out the captions and post the pictures and magnets on a board or the wall, then take a couple home too you have just created a fun and interactive and creative wedding favor that you can keep for a memory and they can still take home to enjoy.
