Ok, so I have a huge weakness for Dolce and Gabbana. I remember when I saw my first piece of Dolce and Gabbana clothing and went absolutely insane. It was a belt that my friend wore to this night club after she got home from Paris and then all of the sudden no matter where I looked I saw Dolce and Gabbana everywhere and fell in love. The first piece of Designer clothing I ever tried on was actually a pair for D&G jeans and they not only fit perfectly and from there on in I could never resist Dolce and Gabbana again.

Now, before you freak out about the prices and costs and think I am insane for even considering spending that much money, especially when we are in a downed economy, I only shop there twice a year, once for my Birthday and once when I go to visit my sister in the west because there is a D&G and Dolce and Gabbana Store right by her house and I usually live pretty reasonably the rest of the year and save up for it. I also don’t really go crazy and buy $500 shirts, but instead I’ll buy a pair of shoes, a wallet and the famous Dolce and Gabbana or D&G dog tags that they put out each year. Those are seriously cool and very affordable.

Anyways, the reason why I am going crazy is I aw an add for this store called clickio or something and when I was looking through their site I saw an entire section of nothing but Dolce and Gabanna and the best part is it is all seriously discounted so now everyone can easily afford to buy themselves Dolce and Gabbana gifts and buy Dolce and Gabanna wedding presents for their friends and family members who are getting married and not have to worry about going broke. Heck, these accessories and gifts from D&G are even more affordable than Tiffanys or Bergdorfs or even Macys!

Soo after looking at the Worlds Largest Gummy Bear post I did yesterday, I couldn’t help but look through that store and find even more cool stuff that you cannot live without. I saw this product at one of my favorite online gift shops for fun and cool gifts and fell in love with this one. Not only are these Giant Gummi Bears the size of 88 regular gummi bears and made of the same material as about 1400 I think it said on their website, but I am loving the Giant Gummi Bear and think it is absolutely perfect for a wedding gift or a gift for any other gift you need. These are the coolest things I have seen and if you know anyone that is a gummi bear nut who loves them and other gummi candies or someone who wants something cool that they haven’t ever seen before this makes the perfect gift. The Giant Gummi Bears come in three colors and if you click on the link next to the Blue one in the picture, you’ll be taken to a site where you can buy these huge gummi candies and pick which one you want in either Blue Red or Green. I love this product for a gift and although I was going to do a necklace or something nice for my mom for this holiday season, I think I am going to have to splurge just a little bit because this is just such a cool gift that you can give and get people to go crazy over it and it will also become the talk of the party and pretty much everyone will ask where they got it from and what they will say is that you gave it to them and you can be the kick ass gift giver at the party and the center of attention. These also make perfect Christmas and Hanukah gifts for your kids because they come in green red and blue so if you’re jewish you can give your kids or guests the Giant Bue Gummi Bear and if you celebrate Christmas you can give the Green or Red ones away to your kids for stocking stuffers or as a gag gift tht they can enjoy. Gifts for the Father of the Bride – What to buy him?

So not everyone knows what to get for the father of the bride. Heck, some grooms or wives don’t even realize that they should be giving them a gift. If you think about it though, I think it is not only a nice gesture, but it is 100% mandatory. The father of the bride is giving you a life partner, his little girl and his daughter. The least you could do is pay your respect to him and give him somthing to show how much you appreciate him. (Wow I am in a b*tchy mood today lol.) Anyways, a few thoughts that I found online that make an excellent simple yet ideal gift are:

True, this does look a bit girly, but hey whatever, it is the thought that counts. It is the Father of th Bride Hankercheif. This hankercheif comes from My Spiritual Wedding.

Although I do not recommend many religious things on this site or in this blog, I do love the thought of giving the Father of the Bride a hankercheif as a gift. It is not only simple and practical, but it is also usefull. He can put it in his tuxedo pocket for a touch of class, he can use it to wipe tears away discretely if he is emotional but does not want to show it. He can also just have it as a keepsake and line the inside of a box with your wedding photo in it to show he cares. Anyways, I really like the thought of giving a hankercheif away as a wedding present to the Father of the Bride.

The next gift I recommend for the Father of the Bride is a very classic gift, well gift set. It is something that the Happy or soon to be happy Father of the Bride will not only thank you for, but hopefully invite you to celebrate with him with. Bride and Groom Candy Apples

Bride and Groom Candy Apples are something that are so over looked as a perfect wedding supply. These are not only delicious, but they are unique, fun and even healthy (well, to an extent). They run a little pricey so you may only want to buy them for the wedding party, however if you can afford to buy all of your wedding guests a bride and groom candy apple, they are sure to be talking about it and saying how innovative, cool, and creative you all are.

Now if you decide to move forward with the bride and groom candy apples for your wedding guests or wedding party, you need to think when you will use them. I would personally use them at one of three times, depending on how many you buy.

1. Place them on each plate as people enter for dinner if you are buying for the entire guest list. You may also want to add name tags onto them so people can reserve seats with each other, or even just know where their seat is at their assigned table. This will also help to boost everyone’s energy, especially if you had a summer outdoor wedding and people are tired from being in the sun. And lets face it, who wants a reception with people who are too tired to dance.

2. Divide them up evenly and give all the bride ones to one wedding party and all the groom ones to the other side of the wedding party. The thing I would recommend though is to put them in the room where you are all prepping for the ceremony. After a long day of hair and makeup for the women, and hanging with the boys on the groom’s side and both parties having to pose for hundreds of pictures, they will need a sugar boost without the risk of coffee staining their clothing for all the remaining parts of the wedding, like standing at the altar and walking into the room, in addition to also toasting the happy couple. They will thank you for the healthy apple and for the sugar which is also in the chocolate. These wedding favors will seriously be a life savor for them.

3. If you are attending the wedding or not able to attend, these apples make a perfect gift for the bride and groom. What I would do is order them and have them shipped to the hotel they couple is staying at for their honeymoon. This way when they finish traveling and get to the room, they will have something cute and delicious to snack on and build up their energy for the rituals that they will soon pursue.

Anyways, I love these candy apples and think they make the perfect wedding favor or gift for the bride and groom. If you ever get the chance to eat one, you’ll see how fantastic they are and hopefully agree that they really do make the perfect conversation and re-energizer for a wedding or honeymoon night. \
