I have alot to say and alot that angers me, click here to read my latest rants and raves then respond in the forums.

Disclosure Policy

When preparing for your wedding day, most brides and even grooms always feel the need to drop tons of weight fast so you can fit perfectly into your dress or into your tux. The thing is is near impossible, but with a proper diet and exercise planned weeks in advance, you really shouldn't have a problem doing this. However, there is something you can do though to help energize yourself enough to work out and help increase the weight loss. Now, I am in no way shape or form a doctor or able to give you advice on pills or what is safe, however I have battled with being over weight and tried numerous methods. The diet pills I am recommending are not for everyone and probably not safe for everyone so I strongly encourage you to ask your doctor first,,,but if you're like me, you may ignore the doctor and take diet pills anyways. That isn't th brightest thing to do, but then again I wanted to be thin and fast. My reasoning isn't the brightest, but summer vacations are rough when you go on a gay trip and everyone else has a nice body. Lipo takes to long to recover and diet pills work instantly. The thing with diet pills though are there are a ton to choose from. Luckily ephedra diet pills have been re-released into the USA. Ya they are probably bad for your heart, but I took ephedra to get through college and when I started back on ephedra based diet pills, I dropped a ton of weight almost instantly and was fully motivated to go to the gym and workout. So I swear by them.

Again, diet pills are definitely not for everyone, they can even be dangerous if abused or if you have various medical conditions. However, if you are able to use them, I would like to recommend a company who specializes in diet pills and I actually use their products myself and swear by them. Bing products offers ephedra diet pills with great sales and a ton of different strengths and quantities. The ephedra based diet pills which I prefer are the fat smackers. However, I usually cut the pill in half before taking it as the ful strength pill is pretty rough. It is loaded with ephedra and also has yohimbe and some other natural supplements in the mix. Yes it may not be the best for you, ephedra has a reputation of being dangerous, but it is a way to get thin and a ton of my friends and myself are using it as it is also sold in the USA again and you can also buy it at gas stations etc... If it's legal, I am healthy and it works, I figure why not.

I cannot stress how important it is to contact your doctor before taking diet pills, they can be dangerous, and it is also important to not overdo it on diet pills as well, especially the ephedra based diet pills. They are strong and get the job done, but use them sparingly and with some moderation by following the instructions on the bottle. Yes I am a supporter of ephedra diet pills, but I also know they are not for everyone, so please check with your doctor before you take them or egin using ephedra based dietary supplements.
